DSC Krunch 9.0 Lightweight Cricket Bat SH 2lbs 8oz. This one has 5 even grains that run clearly through the front and back of the bat.
The first thing I notice is that this handle is MUCH thicker than the usual DSC handles, which have tended to be quite thin. It helps the balance a lot more and gives it a better feel in my opinion.
It comes in on the scales at 2lbs 8.8oz and picks up really well, it feels great in the hands.
The edges come in at 36mm and the spine at 60mm. The profile is very full with barely any wood taken out. I would say the bat has a mid-low middle.
It comes with arguably the best quality bat cover that I have available, it is very well padded.
