Refund Policy

Items Eligible for Return: We accept returns on all items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and come with any extras that were initially supplied.

Non-Returnable Items: All items are returnable.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact me by using the contact form, or reaching out via email/WhatsApp which can be found in the contact section. Using a tracked service is HIGHLY recommended. Once your return is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method. Please note that the initial postage cost incurred from sending you the item will be taken out of the total refund amount. Any damage incurred by use of insufficient packaging may also result in a deduction from your total refund amount.
