Knocking In Service

If you have a brand new bat and wish for it to be knocked in by an expert, please contact me.

This is a professional knocking in service which is done by myself, the mallet you see pictured will be used to fully knock in your cricket bat. It was custom made out of African Leadwood and weighs 750 grams, thus putting it on a completely different level to the smaller mallets you commonly see. I have knocked in hundreds of bats over the years, you will get a complete service that will not be rushed.

I start knocking in a touch below the splice, with the majority of the time being spent on the edges and toe of the bat. Please be aware that the shoulders/splice area will not be knocked in, the SIDES of the bat will not be knocked in, neither will the bottom of the bat.
