10 straight and even grains, it has a mix of heartwood/sapwood.
2lbs 10.1oz and picks up very well, it feels nice in the hands. The handle is fully round, and is thicker at the top than the bottom. It has a MRF branded grip.
42-43mm edges and a 61mm spine, with a bit of concaving. I would say it has a mid-low middle. Huge edges on this one!
